Al-Ajami Central Hospital

Al-Ajami Central Hospital consists of 18 outpatient clinics with all specialties.
The Reception and Emergency Department has 2 recovery beds, 6 observation beds, 7 triage beds, and an isolation bed, in addition to a small operating room for urgent cases, 4 large equipped operating rooms, and 6 recovery beds.

Department of magnetic resonance rays, x-rays, CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound, and 4 laboratories that perform all types of analyzes, such as parasitology, clinical pathology, microbiology, and pathology.
The hospital has a capacity of 180 beds, including 94 accommodation beds, 21 intensive care beds, and 18 nurseries, including 8 for newborns.
The hospital has 42 dialysis machines and has 144 beds, excluding dialysis beds
The hospital has a high-efficiency three-service system for treatment and medical care, cardiac surgeries, catheterization, and post-critical recovery rooms.
A special section equipped for the care of newborns, and a section for CT scans, instead of all the multiple departments with full medical services.
The hospital provides all different treatments for patients, as it receives critical and post-critical cases, and the hospital has electric elevators, central air conditioning in all departments, rooms, administrative offices, and waiting halls, with a number of vehicles transporting patients and injured people.
With the spread of the Corona virus, the hospital was allocated by the Ministry of Health, to be used as a quarantine to receive cases of people infected with the emerging coronavirus “Covid-19”.
