500 500 Foundation is concerned with financing and establishing a new National Cancer Institute to diagnose and treat all cases of cancer patients free of charge.

500 500 Hospital is a model for the success of the National Cancer Institute, the oldest and largest oncology research and treatment institution in Egypt, Africa and the Middle East and will be the largest cancer hospital in the world.

It contains an integrated hospital building for the treatment of all types of tumors, an academic building, an integrated advanced center for cancer research, a training and conference center, and an oncology nursing preparation institute. The buildings are built on 790 square meters at a total cost of one billion US dollars.
It seeks to achieve leadership in the Middle East in education, training, health care, and scientific research in various fields of oncology.
500 500 Hospital is a non-profit civil institution managed by a board of trustees and administratively and financially affiliated to the Egyptian Ministry of Social Solidarity and subject to the Law of NGOs and Associations No. 70 of 2017, which regulates the work of institutions and NGOs.

500 500 Hospital is an institution registered under No. 587 in accordance with the provisions of Egyptian Law No. 84 of 2002. When making a donation, no administrative expenses, commissions or interests are calculated on the donor other than the value of his donation
