If you have cholesterol which is classified within the family of fats that cause many complications such as accumulation of cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, etc., you can control it by diet on cholesterol along with physical activity regularly. If there are a high cholesterol foods are prohibited:
Eggs, cheese, and the opener, potatoes, butter, fresh cream and whole milk, semi skimmed and the Centre, and fatty meats such as lamb, goose, beef, chicken, pasta, cakes, chocolate, cookies and ice cream.
If there are a high cholesterol foods allowed:

-Fish rich in omega-3 acids such as tuna, salmon, mackerel, etc., so you should eat these fish from two to three times a week at least.
-2 week maximum.
-Raw and cooked vegetables except French fries.
-Fruit a day lowers cholesterol by 15%.

-50 grams of bread
-Grain fruit
